How to cancel my membership

If you are a free or trial member go to Customer Services, then under Cancel my membership You will be given our email address to notify us to remove your membership.

If you are a repeat billing member paying with Netbanx, go to Customer Services, then under Cancel my membership. You will be given our postal address to cancel your membership in writting.

Please note that membership removal is not an automatic process and will be done after notice period for subscribed members within our working office hours of Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30 pm (closed bank holidays)
