Password problems

Your password would have been emailed to the email address you gave us when you registered. If your password is not in your inbox it may have been filtered to your Junk or Spam folder.

If your password has not arrived in your inbox and you have checked your spam and junk mail folder you can request it again by going to Customer Services and clicking on the Request my username/password link.

If you have changed your email address since joining and you think your password may be going to the wrong email address you can register your new email address by clicking on Customer Services, then select Change my email address.

Change your password

You can change your password to a more memorable one at any time. To do this go to My Profile, click on Edit Personal Details, put a new password in the password box then click on Update Details.
