Login problems

It may sound obvious but please check that you have entered your details correctly. This is the most common reason for not being able to login.

Make sure you are entering your username and password correctly.

For example username: test1
Password: ae3b0 (a e three b zero )

One of the most common mistakes is to enter the letter o instead of the number zero ideally you should copy and paste your username and password into your login boxes. You can change your password to a more memorable one at any time. To do this go My Profile tab, click on Edit Personal Details, put a new password in the password box then click on Update Details.

your browser may not be accepting cookies from us, so you may need to slightly adjust your browser settings.

For Internet Exporer Users
At the top the page, above your internet menu bar click on "Tools" then select "Internet options". You then need to select the tab marked "Privacy" About half way down the privacy page you will see a button marked "Sites" click this button, Type www.wewantfun.co.uk in the "Address of website box" click "Allow" then click "Ok" you will then return to previous page click on "ok". Finally you must close your browser window and start a new window you will then be able to login to the site.
