Membership problems

I cannot read my messages

If you are a free member or your membership has elapsed you will not be able to read or reply to messages in your inbox. To become a paid member go to your Membership home page then click on the upgrade my membership and just choose a membership option which best suits you.

If you are trial or full member and you cannot read your messages please contact us immediately. Go to Customer Services, and then select Contact us. Please note that all enquiries or complaints will be answered within our working office hours of Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30 pm (closed bank holidays).

My messages have disappeared

All messages either read or unread automatically delete from your inbox after 21 days.

If a member leaves the site and requests their profile to be removed, or it was necessary for the administrator to remove a members profile (in the case of anyone sending spam or unsolicited mail) all their sent messages are automatically removed form every members inbox.
