How do I change my username
We are unable to change your username once registered. The only solution would be to request your account to be removed and re-register with a new user name.
If you are a free or trial member go to Customer Services, then under Cancel my membership select Option 1 and fill in the appropriate boxes
If you are a repeat billing member go to Customer Services, then under Cancel my membership select Option 2
Please note that membership removal is not an automatic process and will be done within our working office hours of Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30 pm (closed bank holidays)
